Storytellers (Prints)

In this painting I revisit an ongoing theme in my work of integrating old and new; the past, the present, the future. In the background I painted a contemporary grouping of four women to symbolize the present. They face away from the viewer, peering into a far-off future. In the foreground I superimposed a repeated motiff, the "spirit" of a pre-Colombian feminine sculpture representing the past. Past, present, future - life is an endless continuum.
